- Description:
- The procurement includes the pipeline works of the Viertola school renovation and expansion project in accordance with the contract calculation documents. The works are carried out according to the plans drawn up by the customer. The building contractor acts as the main contractor. The customer procures the main contract as subordinate side contracts: plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation contracts. The construction contractor also acts as the main implementer of the object during the contract period and as the contractor responsible for site management duties and site services. Contract competition is carried out through an open procedure. In the request for tenders, the customer has specified the eligibility/suitability conditions required of the tenderer. The contractor who gave the cheapest (comparison price) offer and meets the eligibility criteria will be selected as the pipe contractor. Located on the plot the pavilion building will be demolished. The one-story school building was completed in 1991. The current school building will be renovated and expanded. Two extensions will be made in connection with the school building. Expansion 1 is 3-storey, including skill and art subjects facilities and general education facilities. Extension 2 is one-story, where the gymnasium and ancillary facilities are located.
