Description:
We are asking for your offer for the renovation and alteration works of the student care facilities of the IDEA campus of the SASKY association of educational municipalities, according to the request for tender. Before before submitting the offer, the bidder must familiarize himself with the object on site, the guided display will be held on Monday 18 May 2026 at 12.30 - 14.00, register pertti.jalonen@sasky.fi The offer must also include other possible expenses. The offer will state the total price in euros (VAT 0%) The work must take place between weeks 23-31 of 2026. The work must be ready by August 3, 2026. The selection criteria for procurement is the cheapest price. Procurement is procurement below the national threshold, in procurement an open procedure is used. The tender must meet the request for tender and the requirements mentioned therein. The selected tenderer must submit the following statements before concluding the procurement contract:• certificate of taxes, pension payments and other statutory payments of payment (less than 2 months old)• register extract from the advance collection register• statement of liability insurances Luotettappompi.fi report is accepted.
