- South-West Finland's Vitality Center requests a total price contract offer for the repair and renovation works of the structures of two steel/concrete floodgates. The renovation project includes two floodgates. Flood hatches are flat hatches (steel structure vertical lift hatches). Their frame is made of concrete and the structure also includes a bridge. The construction sites are located in Ilmajoki in Southern Ostrobothnia. The repair plan has been prepared by Sweco Finland Oy. Urakakka includes, among others:- Steel and concrete structures renovation works - Bridge deck waterproofing works - Earthmoving works The total contract price must include e.g. all materials, procurement, labor and transportation that are inherently necessary to complete the work. Declared quantities and lists are not binding on the customer, but their purpose is to enable equal treatment of bidders in the tender. In addition, the bidder must take into account the official requirements and regulations related to the contract, such as e.g. the latest ones published by the authorities editions of standards, regulations, manuals, instructions and license conditions, as well as regulations and rules published by the occupational safety and health authority.
