The contract is an overall contract where the IV contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor for the legislation. Building automation is commissioned by the subscriber as a separate contract. Building automation work is subjected to the main contract. The work is done as a fixed price contract. The extent of the contracts is defined in more detail in the technical contract documents. Pricing must take into account the steps of work defined in the tender documents. The building is in normal office and office building throughout the project.
