Description:
The Taavet Beach Beach Construction Project will renovate and build the beach area in accordance with the plan documents, but the scope of the contract will be reduced. Taavet's beach is located at Niemelantie 75 54500 David. Current quay structures will be partially demolished and new Pontoon dock parts with structures. The current costume protection and the outbuilding on the rock will be demolished. The lighting is renewed and supplemented. The terrain is designed to build flat areas of operation. The embankments are supported by natural stone walls and height differences are connected by stair structures. The leveling of the parking area will be streamlined. Plantings are added. New costumes, separate warehouse and toilets will be built on the beach area. New furniture and operating equipment will be placed in the area. The municipality of Luumaki is asking for an offer for earthworks, stones, in this invitation to tender, embankments, retaining walls and plantings, and dismantling old structures according to the plans in the contract area. The work is to be carried out for the rest of the year within.
