We are asking for your offer for the renovation of two (2) elevators in two (2) properties. Locations: Martinlaaksonkuja 2b, 01620 Vantaa District: Martinlaakso Year of construction: 2018 Apartments: 52 units Elevators: 1 unit Floors: basement and 8 residential floors NOTE!! In this location contract duration 3 weeks!Pähkinärinteentie 22, 01710 VantaaPart of town: Hämeenkylä, Pähkinärinne Year of construction: 1990 Year of elevator construction: 2008 (retrofitting) Apartments: 21 units Elevators: 1 unit Floors: basement and 3 residential floors The site is owned by VAV Asunnot Oy and hosted. The elevators to be repaired are handed over to the contractor in the condition they are in at the time of the offer. The form of contract is a total contract. Site services according to YSE § 3 are included in the main contract. The main contractor also acts as the main executor of the object. The customer retains the right not to accept any of the offers given. The contractor must familiarize himself with the site before submitting an offer, and in his offer he must take into account the conditions prevailing there and the conditions described in the documents. Real estate is inhabited for the entire duration of the contract. You can agree on getting acquainted with Jarkko Heikkinen (VAV Asunnot Oy).
