Description:
The city of Kokkola (hereinafter also the "Client") will build the renovation work of Kokkola's Finnish high school in the scope presented in the tender documents. The project's form of contract is a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the project's main contractor. The building engineering contract is implemented as a side contract subordinate to the main contract. As the main contractor, the construction contractor is responsible for the project as a whole and for the coordination of subcontracts. submitting it requires visiting the site on March 11, 2026 from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at Kokkola Finnish high school.
