• Description:
• The contract includes the reconstruction of Karamzininranta street in the scope indicated in the contract documents. The construction project includes the reconstruction of Karamzininranta street in Kluuvi. The contract area includes the entire Karamzininranta street and related parts small parts of Töölönlahdenkatu and Töölönlahtenpuisto. The project involves cutting the steel piles that supported Little Finland, construction of stormwater drainage, cable transfers, irrigation system, water feature, lighting, event electricity and street surface structures (extensive gravel area and street greenery). The builder is the Public Areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting institutions held as approved on 30 July 2027. The form of the contract is an overall contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor as intended by YSE and Finnish legislation as the main implementer. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and site services. On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties entered into a cooperation agreement under the name "joint municipal technical site" in which the city of Helsinki is designated as the "main client" and other contracting parties as "subscribers". In this agreement, the YKT parties are e.g. agreed on the appointment of a joint safety coordinator according to VNa 205/2009. From the "customers" of the YKT site, all the commercial aspects of this contract are transferred to the main contractor...
