• The environmental department of the city of Kemi requests your offer for the renovation of Karihaara's artificial turf field in accordance with the construction plan, including all nets, arrangements and material purchases. The contract includes the works to the extent that they are in the request for tender specified in the attached documents. The building site is in the Marttala part of the city of Kemi, in Karihaara.
