Description:
The site is a 2000 ice rink with a diverse roof structure. The actual ice rink is covered by the Alkorplan unicorn. The lower part is covered with bitumen cream and there is a plywood coating on the input ceilings of separate exits. In this contract, the PVC cover will be renewed. Roof structure (yp1)is shown in Annex 1 cut A-A. The contract also includes the necessary roof safety products. ContractorWorks as the main contractor of the project and is responsible for the obligations of the YSE 1998 main contractor and appoints the supervisor responsible for the project. The contract must be complete on October 31, 2025. If other need for renewal is detected in the roof structure during the demolition work, it will be commissioned for the contractas an extra work. The offer is accompanied by the additional and alteration prices drawn up by the tenderer, which takes into account the unit prices for any damaged roof structure repair. The subscriber plans to renew other roofs in the ice rink in the next few years.
