Description:
Site and construction works The city of Kerava, Department of Urban Environment, is requesting a bid for the renovation of the Kiddy House daycare playground in accordance with the attached plans and yard work report. Implementation date Construction work on the playground must begin no later than April 2026 and the construction work must be handed over no later than June 30, 2026. The contractor takes care of the necessary social facilities and other site services. Division of work and content of the work The overall work includes everything to be performed the work, responsibilities and obligation required by the assigned works, fully completed with materials in a condition approved by the developer and the authority. Familiarization with the site The customer requires that the contractor has familiarized himself or herself with the customer with together to the destination.
