Description:
The aim of the acquisition is to new (8) Locks of Salon Vuokratalot Oy's residential property. The addresses and housing numbers of the property can be found on the attached property list. The locking system to be implemented is self -powerful, remote control, protected, transformative and system -basedLocking aimed at ensuring a high level of key security of the property and its users. All key nests and keys are electromechanical and the basic activities of both of them without watch and time properties should occur without external power supply such as download / interchangeablebatteries or batteries. It must be possible to operate in the locking cylinder, if necessary, for eg movable storage and drying rooms, as well as laundry and sauna facilities so that the keys to the apartments work on the room only between 07 and 10 pmin set time. It must be possible to connect the keys with PIN keys to the system and the cabling locking cylinders that can be remotely controlled. For wrench safety, the missing keys should be transferred to the key from a remote reader and locking cylinders andexport it to other independent locks that transmit information to other keys.
