- Description:
- The municipality of Vesanto is asking for your offers for the renovation of the LUMA building. In the renovation, the entire building is comprehensively reviewed; the technology, surfaces, fixtures and equipment mentioned in the tender material will be renewed. Loose furniture is not part of this contract, but its installation is. The contractor responsibilities include applying for the necessary permits for the contract, including a construction permit. The contract is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The renovation will be carried out as a KVR contract starting on May 4, 2026, so that the renovation must be done, inspected and approved by the beginning of week 42. Inspections are ordered by the contractor. In procurement, one supplier is selected.
