• Description:
• The municipality of Tervola requests your contract offer for the renovation of Konepajantie. The contract is a total price-based main contract, in which the contractor acts as the main contractor as intended by the legislation and is responsible for the management duties of the construction site. The contract area is located in Tervola On the west side of Kemijoki, starting from Siltatie and located in the site plan area for a distance of about 500 meters. The contract includes the following works in outline:- Acting as the main executor and construction site as referred to in the legislation and YSE 1998 § 4 management responsibilities as a responsible contractor, which includes, among other things, construction site administration, general management and taking care of work safety obligations.- Main executor of the obligation - Renovation of the street in accordance with the plan documents. - The building floors will be built on a crushed stone surface until. The actual paving work is not part of the contract, but will be a separate procurement by the developer in the summer of 2027.-Drying arrangements, i.e. stormwater drainage, hidden ditches and open ditches.-Expansion of the current street lighting network with four new poles and moving the current lamps according to the plans. In other respects, the system will remain as it is now.-Earth construction, protection, installation and covering works of Tervolan Energia ja Vesi Oy's new medium voltage cable according to plans-- Tervolan Energia and Vesi Oy supplies the materials and performs the connection work.-Working time traffic arrangements and coordination with other contractors operating in the area, such as water supply and district heating contractors.
