• Renovation of the Malmöntalo kindergarten as a complete contract The City of Vaasa's Real Estate Department is requesting bids for the renovation of the Malmöntalo daycare center in accordance with the tender documents. Task content and other conditions are presented in the contract program, in planning sector-specific task lists and other tender documents. The tender documents are listed in the document list attached to the tender letter. The tender documents are handed over to the tenderer electronically to Cloudia via the request for quotation service / Haahtela PRIS system. The buildings are mainly buildings used by daycare centers. The scope data of the buildings are described in the contract program. The building complex contains a total of three buildings (A, B, and C), of which in this contract, buildings A and B will be renovated. The buildings were completed in the early 1950s and their financing was carried out with the help of Malmö, Vaasa's god town. For the aforementioned reason, the buildings are SR-3 protected under the site plan with marking. The Museum of Ostrobothnia supervises the implementation of building protection during the planning and construction phases.
