- The municipality of Sievi requests a bid for the renovation of the felt roof of the Multipurpose Hall according to the plan. The new felt cover will be installed on top of the old one. appropriation reservation and the customer reserves the right to reject all offers. The construction work on the site must be done between 15 April and 30 June 2026. The offer and the required documents must be in Finnish. Certificates and reports in foreign languages, if any, must be present translated into Finnish by an authorized translator and stamped. No compensation will be paid for making an offer. The decision will be delivered to the interested parties by e-mail via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. By submitting an offer for this RFP, the bidder accepts the conditions stated in the RFP. DECISION MAKING: 1. price. The bidder with the lowest price will be selected as the construction contractor, if two or more bidders receive the same price, the raffle. CONTRACT PROCEDURE: The customer has the right to reject all offers if there is no money allocated to carry out the contract. The procurement decision can be implemented when it has gained legal force. The contract can be concluded no earlier than 14 days after the bidder(s) has/have received or is/are deemed to have received the decision containing the rectification instruction.
