- North Karelia's procurement agency requests your offer for Juua municipality's assignment in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices for the renovation of Sahateollisuustie's sewer and service water pipeline. The main contract includes construction and installation work and related works as well as related material acquisitions to the extent required by the tender documents, fully completed accompanied. The renovation of the sewer and service water pipe of Sawmill Road will be carried out as indicated in the plan drawing, in parts one (1) and two (2). Part two (2) is an option and the option will be used if the allocated funds are sufficient. The site presentation will be held from 19.5.2026 at 12 noon. Registration for the site presentation must be made by email to jussi.korkalainen@juuka.fi by 12:00 on 18 May 2026. Meeting in front of Sahateollisuustie 8. The builder's recommendation is that the contractor has familiarized himself with the contract area on site before submitting the offer. If the contractor fails to visit the site, the contractor does not can later refer to matters that might have come to light during the acquaintance. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The contract must be completed directly by the European Union mandatory regulations, Finnish laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. in terms of structure, equipment, work and fire safety, and electrical safety.
