Description:
The City of Hameenlinna will ask for your contract offer for the contract mentioned in the case. The contractor has a contractor obligation to renovate the preliminary plan and the object of the contract offer documents, including all the labor costs in accordance with these tender documents.The implementation of the contract must take into account all the input information in the tender documents. Hinkaloinen's old sawmill area is located in the Rengo parish, Hameenlinna. The Hinkaloinen sawmill was in operation between 1919 and 1966. The saw has used wood treatment chemicals. In the old sawmill contract areaStudies conducted have shown elevated contaminants (especially PCDD/F compounds), especially in the surface. Renovation of contaminated soil is carried out as a mass exchange. The properties are owned by an individual and in leisure time. Real estate is uncoated,partly hay and partially afforested. The trees grow at the edges of the property and especially in the southern part. There are no underground structures in use. Groundwater observation tubes PVP1 and PVP2 are located on the propertyOn the east side.
