- We are asking for your contract offer for the renovation of the Otaniemi chapel and the demolition and reconstruction of the side building in accordance with the tender documents. Due to microbial damage, almost all building parts of the chapel are being dismantled and rebuilt. The outbuilding will be demolished in its entirety and a new building will be built in its place, imitating the old building. The chapel is protected, so the materials and technical solutions used in the project must meet the requirements presented in the plans. All material changes must be approved in advance by the customer and named by the customer with a designer. During the execution of the work, attention must be paid to the final visible surfaces so that they correspond to the original ones. Special attention must be paid to the nature surrounding the chapel and damage to it must be avoided during the work. Before starting demolition work, the contractor must carefully familiarize yourself with the contract material, so that all surviving structures are carefully protected, reusable building parts are dismantled correctly and storage is carried out according to the purpose. The offer must include all work according to the tender documents and the requested attachments.
