Renovation of the parish association's office building, 2-phase project management contract The Turku and Kaarina parish association is requesting a bid for the 2-phase project management contract for the renovation of the parish association's office, the request for tender and its attachments according to the tender documents. Located at the corner of Eerikinkatu and Aninkaistenkatu, the Turku and Kaarina parish association's office building is a three-part building complex built between 1955 and 1957 as a residential apartment building and central office for the parishes. designed by architect Erik Lindroos. The office building must be renovated, because the building is technically at the end of its useful life and there have been abnormal observations of the building's indoor air. The courtyard wing of the building, founded on wooden piles, requires re-piling and does not the building's accessibility meets today's requirements. Due to the identified extensive need for renovation, it has been decided to implement space changes in the same context, which will improve the functionality and equipment of the spaces.
