Description:
The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the HVAC and electrical designer for the renovation project of the procedure wing of the Meilahti tower hospital.
The renovation project of the Meilahti procedure wing concerns the low building part of the tower hospital on the east side of the patient tower. The overhaul will be carried out in five parts between 2024 and 2032during this period. The parts to be renovated in the project area are: facades, water ceiling, air conditioners and main ductwork, building technology (LVISA), personal security system and a renovation covering all building parts of the 1st floor. In addition, extensive functional space arrangements are made on the 3rd floora as well as minor changes on the 2nd and P floors.
The goal is to prepare a project plan for the entire project in 2024.
According to the project report, the scope of the entire project is approximately 31,000 br-m2.
In addition to the HVAC and electrical designer, structural design and KSL design will also be procured. Main and sheetthe procurement of technical design is already underway.
The customer will sign design contracts based on KSE conditions with the designers in the first step. The aim is to decide on the form of implementation of the project during the project planning phase or at the latest during the procurement phase of the main contractor. The project is implementedn either as a cooperative project management contract or as an alliance. If it is decided to choose an alliance as the form of implementation, the designers will also be transferred as parties to the alliance agreement....
