Description:
Paakaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kaupunkiliikenne) organizes a tender for the renovation of Pohjois-Haaga train station within the scope of this request for tenders and the annexes to the request for tenders. The renovation of Pohjois-Haaga train station is carried out as a complete contract. Content of the contract package is described in the contract program and in the technical appendices attached to the tender request. The contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation, responsible for both site management duties and site services. These obligations and services are presented in the contract program, in the contract limit appendix and general contract terms (YSE 1998). After the acceptance of the contract, the main contractor's site management responsibilities and duties related to work safety at the site continue until the deficiencies and errors noted at the contract acceptance have been corrected. The contract period is tentative 1.5-2026 - 31.5.2027. GETTING TO KNOW THE TARGET: The customer requires that the bidder has familiarized himself with the target of the contract and the conditions prevailing there before submitting the offer. The customer organizes a joint display of the object on 10 December 2025 at 09:30 - 11:00.
