The contract includes renewing the brick roof of Sakylalli with its substructures according to the attached plans. The contract includes all the work presented in the contract documents, with the supplies completed. The contract must be completed for 2025 contracts no later than 10.10.2025by. If the contract is divided for two years, the contract must be completed for 2026 contract performance on August 10, 2026. The contract must be completed in a whole or two sections by region to complete. The offer is given as follows: Total contract price1. Upper water roof levels (two blades,1192 m2) 2. In addition to lower water roof levels (560 m2), the offer provides hourly charges for a construction professional and a builder.Water coverage areas, whether to divide the contract over two years or will only be implemented in part of the areas. The benchmark is based on the cheapest total contract price. The builder reserves the right to not order a contract or partcontract.
