- Description:
- The current beach structures of the Sotkanranta harbor are in poor condition and from part of the 1940s, when the area operated in the use of the sawmill industry. The deck structures of the quays have been restored for marina use between 2008 and 2010. Current docks consist mainly of wooden bales and partially reinforced concrete deck structure. Significant damage has been observed in beach structures such as cracks, piles transitions and deterioration of concrete. The aim of the contract is to demolish existing beach structures and design new structures and build for marina use. It is part of the site to develop and build plans. The contractor has the main performance of the contract to build an object in accordance with the plans and the contract request documents, with all the labor costs in accordance with these tenders documents implemented.
