- The City of Oulu Urban and Environmental Services requests an offer for the renovation of Tervahaudanpuisto, Matinpuisto and Heino Park as a unit-based price contract. The total price of the bid must be based on the number and transcripts in accordance with the quantity and unit price lists. The transcripts given may not be changed or other new transcripts may not be included in the offer. The construction site will be implemented in accordance with the invitation to tender attached to this invitation to tender. Other documents necessary for making a bid that will not be sent in connection with the invitation to tender. - General Terms and Conditions for Building Monasus YSE 1998- InfraRYLY-VKT 2021 and the RAMS 2020 Offer must also be based on other contract programs in section 5 of the contract program documents.
