Description:
The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd (City Transport Oy) organizes a tender for the three (3) escalating of the Helsinki City Transport Institute (HKL) for the Tender of Itakeskus Metro Station Lippuhalli, including the Haalasa Haaling beams and conveyors, as well as two (2) years of full protection service for the equipment in accordance with tender calls. The escalators are side by side. The equipment must be provided with a two (2) year warranty. Full warranty maintenance of the devices is included in the procurement. The warranty period covers the replaced parts as well as Modifications made. The provider must have its own maintenance and spare parts storage in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The solving contractor is a total price contract that will be implemented as a separate acquisition of the developer in conjunction with a divided contract. A contractor for a shared contract is operated by a contractor for construction work as a general contractor and is responsible for the site's site obligations. The building site is partly used by passenger traffic throughout the construction. The premises have retail space and drivers' break rooms during construction.
