• Description:
• The municipal engineering department of the city of Kuusamo is requesting your offer for the supply of the school's kitchen machines and furniture in full working order related to the renovation of the Torangi school. Quantities set for kitchen appliance delivery, functional and qualitative requirements are defined in the appendices. Attachments with the request for tender as an Excel file. The attachment must be filled out and completed by the bidder. It should be downloaded and returned in Excel format. You may not add to the table, nor you can delete rows or columns from it. The products offered must be as described in the attachments. The equipment and furniture must be delivered installed in working condition, to the place indicated by the customer in the drawings. The delivery limit for installations is expressed as "General requirements" in the appendix. The transfer of machines, equipment and furniture to the installation site is the responsibility of the site's main contractor (the city of Kuusamo), installation is the responsibility of the kitchen appliance supplier. Attached are the kitchen plans of the property. Equipment installation drawings "General requirements" according to the appendix. The offer with attachments must be prepared in Finnish. The renovation of the Torangi school kitchen will be carried out between 05 and 09 / 2026, where the kitchen machines and furniture must be in working condition and installed in their places tentatively 07 / 2026, the installation schedule will be agreed in more detail with the selected supplier and the main contractor of the project.
