• Description:
• North Karelia's procurement agency requests your offer for the urban construction services assignment of the city of Joensuu, in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices, for the green construction contract for the construction site mentioned below. The work includes the city of Joensuu square plan of the construction of the renovation of the Vapaudenpuisto located in the II area. The construction work of the Vapaudenpuisto project includes the removal of topsoil from the existing grass areas, as well as the irrigation system and the growing medium for the transplanted lawn, as well as the transplanted lawn installation, in the scope according to the contract documents. The offer is requested as a total price package. The site presentation will be held electronically via Teams from 5 May 2026 at 12:00. Registration for the site presentation must be done by e-mail to the address jaana.mahonen@joensuu.fi by 5/5/2026 at 11:50 a.m. The contractor is recommended to familiarize himself with the contract area on site and participate in the site presentation before submitting the offer. If the contractor fails to visit the site, the contractor cannot later refer to matters that might have come to light in connection with the inspection. The work is to start for Vapaudenpuisto on August 10, 2026. The offer is binding and must be prepared in Finnish.
