The ELY Center in Southern Ostrobothnia is requesting an offer for the removal contract for the removal of the tree and shrubs (twigs) related to the renovation of Lake Haapajarvi. The contract removes trees and shrubs around the lake for lifting the water level for the water level of Haapajarvi. Trees and shrubs are property ownersproperty.
