The site of construction and demolition is a decommissioned municipal wastewater treatment plant, located in Hollola, Okeroinen at Komolantie 49, property 98-435-11-155. The contractor must plan the phasing and implement new sewer lines construction and demolition work, so that the conveying of wastewater through the demolition area to the transmission line is not interrupted at any point.
