Metsahallitus competes in the renovation of the Punkaharju Fire Guard House and the track guard house in accordance with this invitation to tender and the attached material. Building site is located: sub-area 1: Fire Guard, Punkaharju Harjutie 124, 58450 Savonlinna Part 2: Savonlinnantie 2175, 58450The Punkaharjukyuse has an overall contract and the contract follows the general terms and conditions of the construction contract YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660) to the draft agreement (Appendix 6) with recorded refinements. The selected contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The contractor is affected by Section 1 -4Obligations referred to in the invitation to tender or in the material thereof there are no other mentioned. The most economically advantageous tenderer, the cheapest price of the lowest price, is selected as the sub-area. Metsahallitusreserve the right to implement only a part of the acquisition or the amount to be obtained by a target may differ from the estimate if the bids exceed the appropriation for the acquisition. The value of the acquisition does not exceed national threshold, so the procurement does not apply to public procurement.16.4.2025 by 4:00 pm.
