- Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy requests bids for the renewal of heat distribution equipment and accessories for 21 different locations in the Helsinki area. The tenderer can submit a tender for all areas or to individual sub-areas. The procurement unit has decided to limit the maximum number of winning bids to two (2) sub-areas for which the bidder can be selected. If the bidder is the cheapest in more than two areas, the bidder will be selected based on the given offer prices, the two areas with the highest comparative value. For sub-areas with a lower comparative price, for which a bidder could not be selected due to a restriction, the next cheapest bidder will be selected. that one site can include several heat distribution rooms or heat packages. Part 4 contains an energy pilot project where, in addition to the renewal of the heat distribution center, radiator and line control valve renewal work and balancing of the heating network are carried out. Parts 5 and 6 contain Heka's special housing properties (ER). Pay more attention to the calculation documents, that the work performed in the sites differs from ordinary Heka sites. In the areas of kitchens and care activities, arrange breaks, do night work and make sure domestic water operation.
