• Occupational health doctor and occupational health care specialist workforce Occupational health general practitioner workforce The subject of the acquisition is the rental of occupational health doctor workforce for the use of Siun Työterveys Oy to support the customer's own operations. Siun työterveys Oy is North Karelia a health services company belonging to the welfare area Siu sote group, owned by the welfare area and municipal organizations. The company provides occupational health care services for approximately 1,800 employers and entrepreneurs in the North Karelia region. There are approximately 15,000 personal customers. The procurement is carried out as a hired workforce, where the supplier makes available to the customer medical workforce that meets the qualification requirements defined in the request for tender and the contract. The work is performed under the management and supervision of the client as a subordinate in tasks and operating environments defined by the customer as part of the customer's own activities and in support of it. The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement and is divided into two (2) sub-areas. Section 1: Occupational health doctor and occupational health care specialist workforce The sub-area includes doctors qualified in occupational health care and occupational health care specialists who work as hired labor at the customer's disposal. The estimated need for the purchase corresponds to the work input of five (5) full-time doctors as a labor resource in a calendar year.
