Description:
The acquisition is the focus of the Lapland Welfare Area ("contracting entity", "subscriber" or "tenant") for the rental of the office space. The framework arrangement will be established based on the tendering of office space to be purchased in Kittila and Sodankyla in accordance with. The framework arrangement is made for two years (2) years and is entitled to extend as an option on two (2) one (1) year option period. The length of leases concluded within the framework arrangement is always defined on a case -by -case basis as needed and may also include options. Lease The duration may be longer than the duration of the framework arrangement. For the premises of Kittila and Sodankyla, the lease shall be concluded for five (5) years and is entitled to extend as three (3) years. The premises are purchased in modular (containers). The selected supplier will carry and place the modules to the finished plots and transport the modules out of the area at the end of the rental period. The modules do not transfer to the subscriber. The modules must be suitable for the purpose and meet all the requirements mentioned in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. The subscriber is responsible for the plot and the associated measures. The Sodankyla rental site must be completed by December 1, 2025, by 1.12.2026 of Kittila. The completion of other objects in the frame arrangement is always reported on a case -by -case basis separately.
