• Description:
• Sansia Oy requests your offers for the rental service of waste compactors and balers for use by Siun Sote, the North Karelia welfare area. The procurement includes equipment rental, service and maintenance, equipment training and user support and guidance. Bridge currently there are presses and/or balers in four (4) locations in properties managed by Siun Sote (Tikkamäki hospital, Tikkamäentie 16 Joensuu, Honkalampi center, Ylämyllyntie 94 Ylämylly, Logistiikkakeskus, Pilkontie 2 Joensuu, Siilainen terveyasema, Noljakantie 17, Joensuu). The destinations currently use fixed-term leasing equipment that expires at different times, and within the framework of the future agreement, equipment will be rented as needed when the current leasing agreements expire. Items and/or the number and location of devices may change during the contract period. In procurement, one (1) supplier will be selected, with whom a fixed-term contract of 36 months + a possible option period of 36 months will be concluded. The contract period is planned to start on April 1, 2026. Within the scope of the contract rental equipment is ordered as needed. A device-specific leasing agreement of 36 months + a possible option period of 36 months is concluded for the ordered devices. If the selected supplier already has a press/baler somewhere in the customer's destination that fulfills this request for quotation requirements and which can be considered equivalent to a new device, the customer decides on a device-by-device renewal.
