Description:
The city of Riihimaki (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") requests your offer for the purchase of rental machines without a driver for the work sites of the city of Riihimaki in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. The acquisition includes Leaseable work machines without a driver, the machines must be suitable for construction site use. The work sites are municipal engineering sites and maintenance of public areas and properties (including winter maintenance). The work will be done in the Riihimaki area. The duration of the contract period is 1 January 2026-31 December 2027. However, the contract is created at the earliest after the parties have signed the agreement. It is possible to extend the contract with one (1) two (2) year option period. The customer decides on the implementation of the option period independently no later than three (3) months before the end of the contract period. A framework arrangement will be established for the procurement.
