Description:
The municipality of Nurmijarvi is tendering for the rental of land located on Tiiranranta for sauna activities. It is not a purchase, but the renting is tendered using this small procurement program. The tenant must run general sauna activities in the beach area, in accordance with the beach's opening hours. The rental area is the approx. 100 m2 area defined in the attached map, where the tenant can deliver a maximum of 30 m2 lightweight sauna structure. The tenant is responsible for the electricity connection and the proper drainage of greywater, as well as their permits and costs. The bidder must tell about his own about the plan for how the rental business should be run, the municipality examines the plan from the point of view of its suitability, safety and functionality, and reserves the right to accept or reject it for a reason. An electric stove is more suitable for the area, in terms of its safety and functionality.
