• Description:
• The Finnish Museum Agency, Suomenlinna hoitokunta department ("Procurement unit") tenders for the repair of the concrete edge of the T-pier on the north shore of Suomenlinna C Iso Mustasaari and the renewal of the wooden crash barriers in accordance with the planning and safety documents ("Contract"). The contract includes the repair of the concrete jaw beam of the lower edge of the pier on three sides of the pier for about 66 jm, and the renewal of wooden collision guards on these same sides. The contract includes construction work and the necessary equipment / machinery in addition:- Procurement of materials. - Removal of dismantled concrete and wooden parts to a licensed reception place, including transport, ferry and reception fees. Copies of the transport transfer documents must be submitted to the Procurement Unit. - The contractor transport and ferry fees for the materials under procurement responsibility.- The contractor sorts his waste and delivers it to appropriate reception locations on the mainland. Regarding the performance of the contract in general:- The procurement unit takes care of the electricity needed by the site and from water. The connection points of these are considered separately before the start of the construction site.- The respective work area is fenced off. Site storage and walkways are marked on the site plan drawn up by the contractor, which is approved by the developer.
