• This tender calls for three (3) contractors with their networks for small and medium-sized repair projects to be agreed separately. The task is the overall implementation of repair projects that are agreed separately each year by the city or those belonging to the city group to properties owned and managed by the companies. The customer always has the right to implement projects also with separate tenders outside of this contract. The tasks covered by this contract are the so-called small and medium-sized renovation or renovation projects.
