- Description:
- The municipality of Janakkala is requesting a quote for the replacement of the sheet metal in the water roof of the Harviala school. The site is located in Tureng at Sääjärventie 43, 14200 Harviala. Part of the roof is being renewed. Demolition and reconstruction of the existing roofing sheets will be carried out according to the contract program and contract photos. The area of the roof to be renovated is about 620m2. The surface area must be checked from the repair work description and the necessary accessories must be taken into account in the offer. The offer must include all costs the school building and the work will take place during the summer season and the work must be completed by 10 August 2026 before the school year starts. This is a gabled roof, the roofing material is tin (machine seamed). The roof has been partially renewed. The sheet metal of the penetrations has been renewed and vacuum fans installed afterwards. The underlay is missing. More detailed information and a description of the object in the attached documents. The customer requires that the bidder has visited the object before submitting the offer. The bidder will visit the site to the destination on weekdays 8-15.00 and the visit must be arranged with maintenance engineer Heidi Stenberg, tel. 040 578 6214. A separate contract will be made with the selected contractor after the procurement decision.
