- The water roof of the town hall will be completely repaired. The contract includes the renewal of the water roof and related roof safety products, rain gutters, downspouts and splash cups. In addition, some skylights will be removed from use and the ceiling will be raised. In the upper part the existing ventilation ducts will be renewed. Approximately 50 people work in the town hall every day, and the building will remain in normal use throughout the work. Location information: Mikkeli town hall, Raatihuoneenkatu 8-10, 50100 Mikkeli Time of completion of the works: start on September 7, 2026 and when the site has a valid building permit and procurement decision. Completion by 31 December 2026.
