- The object of the procurement is the repair of the ice rink and plinth in Kerava, in accordance with the tender request material, as a fixed-price overall contract, where the operator selected based on the tender will act as the main contractor. The object is located at Metsolantie 3, Kerava.Content of the contract:-Renewal and addition of culverts and rainwater drains from missing parts-Waterproofing of plinths and renewal of external frost insulation-Checking and repairing the slopes of the ground and water control of the building on the walls-Renewing element seams from plinth elements-Renewing downspouts and renewing the sheeting of their recess and thermal insulation-Repairing the deficiencies of protective sheeting and individual water drainage structures -Washing the sheet metal parts of the facade on the northwest facade-Renewing the water dampers of the windows and small seals. NOTE The measures according to window cuts 1-1 and 3-3 in the contract and 2-2 and 4-4 may be ordered as additional work during the contract and are not included in the total price. scope according to the attached documents. A building permit has been applied for the works and the main contractor appoints a foreman responsible for the project in accordance with the permit. The permit decision is submitted as an additional letter. which is based on the lowest price.
