Description:
Keski-Ostrobothnia's educational association requests offers for the replacement carpet service for the properties it manages for the contract period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2028. Contracts can be extended by one (1) option year. The use of the option year is agreed separately. The rental prices must include the cost of purchasing carpets, washing, stain removal, packaging, transport to the customer's destinations and to the laundry, invoicing and office costs, as well as all other expenses of the supplier that are caused by the provision of the service. Clean carpets must be transported to the various destinations at pre-agreed times and in quantities and the carpets must be placed in place. During the same visit, the supplier collects the used carpets from the customer and delivers them to the laundry. The necessary carpets are purchased and owned by the supplier. The carpets are changed per object every one, two, four and eight weeks. The replacement interval must be able to be changed according to the customer's needs. The prices given are valid for at least two years, after which the prices can be checked by mutual agreement. The supplier must demonstrate in writing any changes that increase. The changes must correspond to the actual cost development. The Central Ostrobothnia Education Corporation's delivery points are in Kokkola, Kalvia, In Kannus and Kaustinen.
