Description:
The real estate office of the Chancellery of the Parliament requests a quote for the replacement carpets used in the Parliament in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The door mats used in the Parliament's properties are rental mats and there are approx. 105 of them.
Furthermore, we ask for a separate billing price / carpet, if possiblefor the purchase of additional temporary rental carpets for a one-week rental period.
The offered unit price includes all costs, such as carpets, delivery of carpets to the place indicated by the customer, pickups, washing and transportation, etc.
When renting carpets, the interval between their replacements, quantity anda quality and carpet size. The supplier commits to the carpet sizes and the required quality of the carpets in accordance with the request for tenders throughout the contract period.
The replacement interval of the carpets depends on the location of the carpet and accordingly they are changed either every one, two or four weeks. Va. of individual carpetsthe skin spacing may vary in different seasons according to the changing needs according to the weather conditions, and the number of carpets may also vary for the same reason. More detailed information in the attached list of carpets.
Technical data of the carpet: Replacement carpets must be tidy and stay in place well, the carpet pthe rein should be approx. 1.5 mm thick nitrile rubber, and the hair coloring is grey, hiding dirt. The pile of the carpet should be approx. 820 g/m2 and the weight of the carpet approx. 2500 g/m2. The carpet must have fire class EN ISO 13501-1/ CFL-S1 or BFL-S1.
