Description:
Jokilaaksoje koulutuskuntayhytta is bidding for replacement carpet services and roll towel and industrial towel services. Based on the bids received, a framework contract will be concluded with the selected provider. The contract period is planned to start on January 1, 2026. The start schedule is an estimate and the procurement contract is only created after the contract by signing. The contract ends on 31 December 2027 and there is the right to extend it as an option (+2 option years) The customer decides on the use of the option years. the comparison figure is the usage volumes of 2024, appendix 1. All prices must be given as unit prices in €/piece/week, according to industry practice in accordance.CHANGE CARDS (Group 1 and 2): A replacement service for nylon carpets is obtained for the customer's needs. The supplier acquires and owns the necessary replacement carpets. The replacement carpet service includes, depending on the location, the replacement of carpets with clean ones, maintenance (washing and drying), repairs due to normal wear and tear, and transport to the customer unit to the designated exchange point at agreed intervals. The supplier is responsible for renewing the products, storing and disposing of worn out products. The offered carpets are replaced every two (2) or four (4) weeks at a time agreed with the customer unit from an agreed place. Customer reserves the right to acquire ergonomic, industrial, microluxx and logo mats provided by the supplier as an additional service during the contract period, if necessary.
