Description:
It is a total contract where invoicing is based on unit prices. An amount of €465,000 has been reserved for the contract, and the project includes an option to increase the amount by approximately €250,000. The tenderer may not invoice more than the presented allocated amount. According to § 28 of the Act on Vitality Centers and the Employment, Development and Administration Center (531/2025), this contract will be transferred to the Vitality Center of Southeast Finland from January 1, 2026. So The rights and obligations of the subscriber referred to in the contract are transferred to the Southeast Finland vitality center.
