- Sarastia Procurement Services (Numera Palvelut Oy) asks for your tender for replacement mats and hand towel and hygiene services in accordance with the tender documents. The tendering is divided into two sub -entities as follows:
1. Transformation carpet services
2. Hand towel and hygiene services
Tendering An open procedure is carried out, on the basis of which one (1) contract supplier is selected for each component. The same bidder can be selected for both sub -sets. Parallel offers are not allowed. The selection is made in the order of the tenderers. If more bidders get the same Points, the contracting entity draws the elected supplier. The lottery is a case -law accepted.
The selection of tendering is the overall economic affordability with a weight of 80 points and 20 points of quality.
The contract period is a fixed term of four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision becomes final. The entities committed to the agreement will be transferred to the contract after the end of their current contracts. The termination period for the contract is the client communities of both contractors and committed to the acquisition of Numera Services Oy for six (6) months despite the fixed term. Users of the Agreement have the right to resign only from the desired sub -entities.
