Description:
The Ministry of Justice will request your tender to carry out the explanation of the explanation of the development of the individual's debt settlement procedure in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the acquisition is a report assessing the procedure for the debt settlement of an individualfunctionality and expediency and charts the chances of developing the procedure in a more functional and appropriate direction. The report assesses whether it would be possible to arrange the proceedings of debt settlement matters in a lighter authority procedurein such a way as to reduce the role of courts in the procedure and to confirm the role of financial and debt counseling and/or the bailiff. The aim is to reduce the amount of work on the courts and thereby reduce the cost of the courts, the authoritiesThe cooperation between the cooperation and the division of labor would be enhanced and the entire procedure would be simplified from the perspective of both the authorities and the debtors. The work under the acquisition will start on June 1, 2025 and ends on May 31, 2026. The tenderer must appoint 3-5 experts in the expert group. Named expertsshould be performed 100 % of the study. Implementation of the study requires good expertise in the insolvency and procedural law, and experience in the course of the current debt settlement procedure (perspectives on court, financial and debt counseling and bailout).
