- This request for information concerns the legality monitoring channel of the Defense Forces (PVLV channel) and the maintenance and further development services of the PVLV channel. The final object of the procurement and
bid request is defined by the information requesta based on the answers received and the final needs of the purchasing entity. This
document is a request for information drawn up to survey the market, and is therefore not a
procurement notice or request for tenders that starts the procurement process.
Respondents are asked to familiarize themselves with this request for informationto appendices 1 and 2. The system requirements and scoring mentioned in the appendices are preliminary. Respondents are asked to submit their answers to the questions presented in Appendix 1 (Appendix 1 Request for Information paragraph 3) and to fill in the definition of requirements in column G of the table in Appendix 2 'Editor's commentsIn the RFI phase'.
Answers to the questions mentioned in appendix 1 as well as the specification of requirements in appendix 2 supplemented with comments are requested to be submitted to the e-mail address: purchase1.fdflogcom@mil.fi no later than 10.11.2023 at 14:00.
The title of the e-mail must state: "6545/2023 / Information requestoe law enforcement monitoring channel for the Defense Forces". In addition, the name of the company and contact information must be mentioned. We ask that no advertising material be included in the message, but only attachments related to the system/solution, the requested answers to the questions, and attachment 2 supplemented with the respondent's comments.
