- The purpose of this request for information is to survey the ability and interest of market players to produce the service described in more detail in this request for information. In addition, the purpose is to get information about service and contract contents. This is a request for information, no advance notice, not a procurement notice or a request for tender. The request for information and the answers given to it are not binding on either party. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement based on the request for information, nor the descriptions presented in the request for information or specifications bind the subscriber. Description of the object of procurement and background of the request for information: Pirkanmaa welfare area is preparing the procurement of a personal assistance service. A more detailed description of the service to be procured is in appendix 3 of the request for information. The procurement contract period begins targeted for entry into force on 1 October 2026. It is intended to use the procurement unit's dynamic bidding process as the procurement procedure, which enables service providers to improve their offers. The procurement procedure is described in Appendix 1 of the request for information. The customer's goal is that the request for tenders for the procurement will be published in the HILMA service in January 2026. Attachments are not available from the HILMA service.
